T72-AV

  • move
Philippe Joyal shares with us some pictures of his T72-AV build. Philippe has used the Tamiya offering of the T72 as a base kit and then added the MiniArm T-72A/AV Turret with anti-radiation layer (late version) and their T-72 Wheel set late version. In addition to that Philippe also added Friul tracks and Voyager Model PE kontact 3 era blocks. The build took about 7 months and was further embellished with a scratch built TURMS-T sight.

About Philippe (asmodeuss)
FROM: QUEBEC, CANADA

After a long leave of 15 years during wich I've studied biology and arts I went back to modeling. the feeling of peacefulnes and deep concentration was calling me once again, with the usual despair and sheer panic related with dml plans... Must be the cement fume but I can!t get away from this thing...

Paul, Thanks a lot my friend! That build was quite a ride. I had plenty of help from the community and it shows I think.

Beautiful Job Phil! I watched your progress and you put a lot of time (and money) into that build. Here's to hoping Trumpeter will give us some Syrian/Arab T-72's.
